Ad Specs

Our Graphics Department is well trained in creating an attractive and effective ad containing the marketing message for your business. For those of you who wish to provide The Monthly Grapevine® with print ready artwork, see ad specs below.

Ad File Formats Accepted: Adobe PDF, Adobe Illustrator or an EPS
Images/Photos: Please provide images/photos in CMYK color format at 300 dpi. For full color ads please provide images as CMYK (In Photoshop - Convert profile to US Web Uncoated (SWOP) v.2)
Logos: Please provide logos in eps, pdf, jpg, or tiff format at 300 dpi in CMYK color format.
Resolution: Please provide your file at 100% of the size. If your ad contains tiffs or jpgs make sure they are 300dpi at 100% size.
Fonts: Convert fonts to outlines, curves or paths
How to Send Us a File: Please Email and Fax your ad. Email files to ads@monthlygrapevine.com. If possible fax hard copy to 925-634-7822.
Note: Text may degrade if you provide your ad solely as a .tiff or .jpg. For best quality create your ad in a design or page layout software such as in Adobe Illustrator or Adobe InDesign. Export or save your files to a .pdf based on the specifications above.
